Winter is Here! Rescue Your Hoses and Spigots.
Today is the first day of winter! With the falling temps, it’s a good idea to disconnect your garden hoses and cover the spigots to avoid frozen pipes. A frozen pipe inside your wall could do some serious damage.
For all my realtor friends, if you have a vacant house on the market, it would be a good idea to turn the heat up, open the cabinet doors or turn off the water.
