When is it okay to install a water heater on an old used tire?
I get this question from time to time, “Why should I use someone like you? A home inspector?” I’m going to show them the picture below from now on. This is why you should ALWAYS get a home inspection when you’re buying a house. Because sometimes people install water heaters on old used tires instead of a proper base. Don’t ever do that. It’s NEVER okay to install a water heater on an old used tire.
